On the evening of December 16th, "OBXmas" benefit and fundraiser for needy Outer Banks, NC families took place at the Outer Banks Brewing Station.... SUCCESS!!!The benefit successfully raised $4,000 dollars, ensuring that several, recession-hit families will have a good visit from 'ole Saint Nic on Christmas day. Eastern Surf Magazine's(ESM) editor Matt Pruett wrote a great article about the benefit including photos of the event snapped by Michelle Connor. Ability got a nice plug in the story- Thanks Matt!
